Trained Care Taker – AHHC is providing various care professionals to elderly parents, grandparents, baby (pediatrics) or any other close family members and it is not an easy task to take care of them, especially when it comes to their health. Taking care of their health and well – being, would be complicated and need the adequate trained professionals for which professional home health care services and support needed.

AHHC is designed health care plan for geriatrics, which involves providing continuous support to the elderly, physically and emotionally in their own homes, with the help of regular assessments performed by Client Support Managers those who are from the back ground of Registered Nurses from Tamil Nadu Medical Council and other clinically trained staffs. These are efficiently documented, and made available, to the clients and their medical team – updated with the latest health information/developments on the condition of our geriatric clients.
Our trained Medical Care Taker can administer oral medication (depends of requirement), assist in ambulation (moving the patient around), Manage cleaning, grooming, bathing and feeding of the patient, Manage patients for 10, 12 and 24 hours.

CONDITIONS COVERED

These include seniors those who are coping with a chronic disease, recovering from an illness, dealing with the challenges of aging and need of Alzheimer’s or Dementia care.

SERVICES OFFERED

AHHC’s Geriatric Care plan usually includes services that are provided by medical care takers (trained). These services are planned to help the senior live at home and thrive in his or her own environment. Some of these services may include, but are not limited to:

• 10, 12 and 24 hours of medical care taker support
• 10, 12 and 24 hours of nursing support, if the client’s condition requires clinical intervention.
• Regular nursing visits.
• Physiotherapy
• Equipment based on the client’s requirement.
• Consumables including diapers, under-pads, cotton, wet wipes, etc.,

Our home health care team can handle the following tasks as per the physician’s directive, and in accordance with the pre-planned care plan, including:
