For all clients, the agreement shall cease its validity with the written termination or upon the admission of the Client into a nursing home or his death. In the case of a temporary admission to Hospital, Rehabilitation Institute etc. the agreement shall “rest” for no more than 10 days until the Client returns home. The agreement is automatically terminated on the day the last service is provided to the patient.
In the event that the services shall be modified by the client, AYUSYA shall have the right to terminate the agreement. In the case that the client declines/refuses an agreed service to be performed, notice must be given 48 hrs ahead of the time such service was due. Failure to do so will be counted as if the service was delivered, and charged accordingly.
Termination of the contract shall be in writing with a notice period of 2 working days. This shall not apply in a criminal breach of trust, in which case the termination will be with immediate effect on both sides.
Bills shall be settled not later than 5 working days after the issuance of invoice. Bills for prepayment must be settled latest on the day when service started. Payments shall preferably be made direct to the Bank Account of AYUSYA as shown in the invoice.
No cash payments shall be made to any person, without a special authorisation from AYUSYA, and only against an official receipt with the stamp/seal of the Company. Shall the invoice not be settled on time within 5 working days, AYUSYA will once remind the family of the pending amounts. If no payment is issued within 48 hours, AYUSYA will be allowed to withdraw the service without prior notice.
It is the patient’s duty to ensure a timely payment by using online transfer or Cheque through courier services. Failure in settlement of bills, may lead to termination of the Agreement and service without further notice, as well as a black-listing at partner institutions. AYUSYA shall also be entitled to recover the dues with interest
Post dated Cheques / Out Station Cheques are not accepted. Cheque to be paid in favour of AYUSYA HOME HEALTH CARE. No transaction of Cash / Cheque should be undertaken by our Staffs.
In cash you are planning to discountinue duty, the Client Support Manager / Office Head must be informed by the Client of minimum 24 hours in advance. If it is not, then AHHC will recover the additional charges for 24 hours duty.
Double payment will be charged for festivel holidays. However the same staff may not be available. This is allowed only those clients who will give their consent in written, after we inform you about the holidays permitted for staffs.
